    • A delicate and unusual antique ring, crafted in France in the late 19th century and set with a rare cone-shaped natural pearl.

      The pearl displays an appealing two-tone effect, creamy yellow at the base, gradually shifting to a lustrous silvery-white at the peak. It is securely bezel-set in a gold mount with petal-like rays extending underneath, joining a plain, slender circular band.

      Conical pearls are an uncommon natural form, the sculptural shape adds intrigue to an otherwise minimal design, with the underside detailing enhancing its subtle charm.

      The ring bears the French owl hallmark for imported 18K gold. It weighs 2.03 grams and is a UK size M (US 6.25). The pearl itself measures approximately 5 x 6 x 4 mm.
