Antique Victorian Coral Cameo Set in a Contemporary Silver Ring
This beautifully crafted custom piece demonstrates a unique contrast between the old and new. The ring is set with a rare antique 19th century Victorian coral stickpin cameo and repurposed it into contemporary design. The coral cameo is bezel set in a handcrafted textured silver band with a unique molten silver effect. The band is open-ended and malleable which means it can be adjusted to fit whatever finger you desire!
Victorian coral cameos are quite scarce these days and their surging demand has made them a difficult find for collectors! This particular piece probably originated as a Victorian stickpin or tie pin and would have been made in Italy.
Currently UK size T (9 1/2 US) but can be adjusted to many sizes
8.42g sterling silver, makers mark present!
