Refund policy
At Ravensbury Antiques, we understand that purchasing antique jewellery online can be a daunting task, which is why we offer an no-hassle returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked. We want our customers to feel confident when buying from us, and our returns policy is just one way we ensure this.
Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund. Buyer damaged items and jewellery bought on layaway are ineligible for returns. You have 30 days from item delivery to dispatch this item back to the seller. You must return your item via a tracked and fully insured shipping method to ensure it gets back to us safely. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit. After notifying us of your intention to return, you have 3 working days to dispatch this item back to us. Please ensure that your item is sent in its box to prevent any damage.
International returns: Please write ‘RETURN’ in large letters on the exterior of the package, and for the customs description ensure the package is described as ‘return of sample merchandise, origin UK, item over 100 years old’ with HS commodity code 9706900000 and CPC code 6123F01. It is the responsibility of the international customer to label the returned package correctly and as ‘returned’ goods, so as to avoid any unnecessary charges when re-entering the UK. Any import fees incurred by Ravensbury Antiques due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the customers refund. If you have any questions we are happy to help you with this.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of the item(s). We will confirm receipt and completion of the refund via email.
If you believe your item may have been damaged in transit then please email info@ravensburyantiques.com within 24 hours with a photograph and description of any damage, as we fully insure all deliveries.
