    • A charming piece of English Edwardian era jewellery made in 1907 by William Lewis in Birmingham.

The ring is crafted in 18K gold, the bezel taking the form of a shield. In the centre rests an oval carnelian plaque which (amazingly!) has not yet been engraved with a monogram or family crest.

The gold has an incredibly silky texture on the finger arising from a century of wear and is a true delight to wear!

UK size Q, US size 8.25

The ring weighs 5.04g, the inner band is stamped with full British hallmarks for 18K yellow gold.

The shield bezel measures 14mm x 11mm, whilst the oval carnelian measures 8mm x 5mm. The band measures 4mm wide at the back of the shank.
