This beautiful antique diamond solitaire was made in Austro-Hungaria, circa 1900. The ring is set with a fantastically bright and sparkly cushion cut diamond, weighing 0.65ct.

The ring is crafted in solid 14K gold and the shoulders are intricately chased with scrollwork.

The ring weighs 4.61 grams, the inner band is stamped with an Austro-Hungarian ‘fuchskopf’ fox head hallmark (in use between 1872-1922) indicating the city Vienna and 14K gold. There is also a makers mark present, as well as a French ‘St. Jacques’ import hallmark for 14K gold which was stamped when brought into the country. 

Despite it’s age, the ring remains in really good condition and has a beautifully silky feel on the finger from years of wear! The band measures 3mm wide at the back.

The jewellery made in this era featured the finest materials and was made by highly skilled craftsmen, making it some of the most desirable antique jewellery for its unique charm and fine quality.

For UK delivery, we send with Royal Mail Special Delivery, arriving by the next working day. For International orders over £1000 we use DHL Express International, and for orders under £1000 we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. All items are sent fully insured.

Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items are to be returned in their original condition and packaging. Buyer damaged items and items bought on layaway are ineligible for returns. Items over £2500 can be returned for store credit only.
