    • An antique Art Nouveau ring, dating to around 1910, crafted in 18K gold and set with pearls and rose-cut diamonds. The design is strongly floral, with the gold shoulders opening into a sculptural fan of leaves before meeting the central cluster. It has the organic, botanical movement typical of Art Nouveau jewellery, but with a bold, wearable scale.

The centre is arranged as a flower-like cluster, with pearls set around rose-cut diamonds in platinum-topped settings. The diamonds are set with fine millegrain detail and pinched settings, giving the cluster a soft antique brightness against the warmer gold.

The ring has strong finger presence, measuring approximately 2.2cm north to south, tapering to 4mm at the back of the band. It weighs 7.72g, a good weight for this style of ring, and is a UK size N / US 6.75. It bears the French owl import hallmark, indicating that it was brought into or retailed in France, and tests as 18K gold.

Condition is very good, with light surface wear consistent with age. The pearls and diamonds are secure, the platinum millegrain settings remain well preserved, and the open-backed construction allows the stones to sit with good light and definition.

A striking Art Nouveau pearl and diamond ring, combining floral goldwork, rose-cut diamonds and a sculptural design that sits beautifully on the hand.
