It is bordered by a halo of 12 old cut diamonds with a further 3 diamonds on each shoulder. All of the stones are in open-backed settings which allows light to pass through the stones and enables easy cleaning of the ring.

The shoulders are decorated with openwork trefoil motifs surrounding the diamonds, which lead to a smooth shank.

The ring is in very good overall condition and all the stones are securely set.
